Scenario Planning Working Group

Current market changes, political upheaval and economic factors have surprised markets and made for more tentative investors. The only certainty is change, so how do you plan for the unknown?

This exercise will help you formulate a plan against potential risks to your business and help you think creatively regarding possible solutions.

After a round up of the conference’s main themes attendees will split into four different groups and must decide on what they believe are the major risks facing agri commodities today, and discuss how to mitigate these risks. At the end of the session each group will share their suggestions with the whole audience.

Hosted by:
Stuart MacDonald, Managing Partner, Bride Valley Partners
